Dr. Karen Peesker is a rockstar in the world of sales education. She's an Assistant Professor at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and the Director of the Ted Rogers Sales Leadership Program. But her journey to becoming a top-notch educator wasn't a straight line.

Before diving into academia, Dr. Peesker had an incredible career working in 15 different countries. She was a global superstar, consistently surpassing revenue targets and leaving clients

wowed wherever she went. But she didn't stop there. Dr. Peesker decided to combine her real-world experience with her passion for teaching.

Now, as an Assistant Professor, she's known for her enthusiasm and motivation. She brings her extensive sales and marketing background into every class, making learning exciting and engaging. And it's no surprise that she's won some big awards for her teaching skills, like the Provost's and Dean's Teaching Awards. 

Dr. Peesker is also a published

researcher, diving into topics like international sales and leadership. She's helping to lead TMU to the top of the charts in sales education in Canada. In fact, she's been recognized as one of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by WXN, a huge honor!

Her journey to becoming a sales education superstar wasn't easy. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing and Sales from the prestigious Cranfield School of Management in the UK, and she holds an MBA and HBA from the Ivey Business School in Canada.
